I call it "Party look".Okay to get the look like this you must change your hair color to blue.By the way to have this hair you must have some starpoints!So add some blue highlights,red highlights and more if you wan't.You need:red lipstick,beauty mark,mascara,white eye pencil,black eye pencil.So add this stuff to the place that belongs and you will have the look like this! (or something like that).
